第1条（適用）Article 1 (Application)

本規約は、静か旅（以下「当社」）が提供するすべてのサービスの利用に関する条件を定めるものです。These terms apply to all services provided by Shizuka Tabi ("the Company").

第2条（コンテンツの利用ライセンス）Article 2 (Content License)

当サイトに掲載されている文章、画像、データ等のコンテンツは、個人的な利用に限り無料でご利用いただけます。営利目的の転載・複製・改変は禁止します。Content on this site (text, images, data) may be used free of charge for personal use only. Commercial reproduction, copying, or modification is prohibited.

当サイトの情報は、自治体の公開資料等に基づいて提供されています。当社は、情報の正確性、完全性、有用性について保証するものではありません。実際の散歩道の状況とは異なる場合があり、これにより生じた損害について当社は責任を負いません。Information on this site is provided based on municipal publications. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or usefulness. Actual walking path conditions may differ, and we are not liable for damages arising from such differences.

第5条（サービスの変更・中止）Article 5 (Service Changes & Suspension)

当社は、事前の通知なくサービスの内容を変更、または提供を中止することがあります。The Company may change or suspend services without prior notice.

第6条（準拠法・管轄）Article 6 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)

本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。紛争が生じた場合、仙台地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sendai District Court.
